1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to sorbiehair.com. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.

These Terms also outline the policies that apply when visiting any Sorbie salon.

2. SALON BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENTS
Booking Requirements

Appointments at Sorbie require card details to secure your booking.

Your card will only be charged if:

  • You cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or

  • You fail to attend your appointment

In these situations, the full service amount will be charged.

Cancellations

We respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Missed appointments may mean future bookings require pre-payment.

Appointment Reminders

We send SMS reminders around 48 hours before your booking. However, the responsibility to remember your appointment remains with you.

Patch Testing

All colour guests must have an up-to-date patch test (within 6 months).
If a patch test has not been completed, your colour appointment may need to be rescheduled for safety.

3. SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY

If you are unhappy with any service, please contact the salon within 7 days.

Your stylist or a manager will assess the result. If it does not meet our professional standards, we will adjust or redo the service at no extra cost.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind or where the result matches the agreed consultation

  • Any redo work must be carried out by the original stylist or salon manager unless agreed otherwise

This policy helps us ensure quality and fairness for all guests.

4. RETAIL PRODUCT POLICY
  • All retail product sales are final, unless the item is faulty or not as described

  • Faulty products must be returned with proof of purchase

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations

  • Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected

5. SALON BEHAVIOUR & SAFETY

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment:

  • Aggressive, discriminatory, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards our team or guests will not be tolerated
